A small slice of the work, from category-defining fintech launches to global sportswear moments and original AI-native IP.

The work in detail
SuperMoney: performance creative for a UPI cashback platform
Retency has produced ad creative for SuperMoney, an Indian fintech, as an embedded creative team since 2024. Roughly 70% of the creative currently running in SuperMoney's public Meta Ad Library is produced by Retency, a share that is independently checkable rather than self-reported. The work is character-led and format-diverse, built for Meta, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts, and the account has seen a 62% lift in return on ad spend across the engagement. Every concept is researched against category benchmarks before production begins.
SHEIN: 24-hour ad turnaround during the Slay Sale
For fashion retailer SHEIN, Retency compressed a normal multi-week production cycle into single-day turnarounds during the Slay Sale period in 2025. Sale-day advertising carries an unusual constraint: creative that arrives even a day late is worthless, because the promotional window has closed. The studio ran a pre-built asset system with locked templates and fixed approval checkpoints, so a new concept could go from brief to live ad inside 24 hours without dropping to stock-footage quality.
Shivora Ghee: a heritage FMCG brand built from launch
Shivora Ghee is a premium desi ghee brand that Retency built end to end, owning both creative production and Meta media buying from launch onward. Because one team controlled creative and spend together, concepts could be killed or scaled on performance data within days rather than at the end of a campaign cycle. The engagement reached a customer acquisition cost of roughly ₹80 at early-stage budgets, in a packaged-food category where acquisition costs are typically far higher.
Parv Essentials: a D2C brand from zero to first sales
Parv Essentials came to Retency with no advertising presence and no existing creative library. The studio built the brand's entire performance creative system from scratch and took it to its first paid sales, running as an always-on engagement through 2024 and 2025. It is the clearest illustration of where the AI-native model matters at launch stage: a brand with no proven angles needs to test many of them, and testing many is only affordable when the tenth variant costs a fraction of the first.
Swarajya: India's first AI anime
Swarajya is Retency's own intellectual property, an anime series based on the life of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, produced frame by frame with AI pipelines under human art direction. It is India's first AI anime. The production also functions as a craft proof. Holding a character consistent across an episodic narrative, under changing light and camera angles, is the hardest problem in AI animation, and solving it is what separates a studio from prompt output. More detail sits on the Swarajya page.
XTEP: performance creative for a global sportswear brand
XTEP is an international sportswear brand for which Retency produced AI ad creative in 2025, spanning brand film and influencer-style UGC formats. Sportswear advertising depends on motion and physical credibility, which makes it a demanding test of AI video: the work has to read as athletic rather than uncanny. The engagement covered concepting through per-placement finishing across Meta and short-form video surfaces.
Flipkart: creative for India's marketplace leader
Retency produced creative for Flipkart, India's largest homegrown e-commerce marketplace, in 2025. Marketplace advertising runs at a scale and cadence most brands never encounter, with constant demand for fresh category and campaign assets. The work sits inside the same research-first production system the studio uses across its performance clients.
Enorex: a B2B lubricants brand going national D2C
Enorex is a lubricants brand that Retency took from regional business-to-business sales into national direct-to-consumer marketing through 2025. The shift is harder than it sounds. B2B lubricants positioning speaks to distributors and workshops, while consumer positioning has to reach vehicle owners who buy on trust and recognition. The engagement covered end-to-end marketing, from repositioning through creative production and media.
Manak Petroleum: online presence and search visibility
For Manak Petroleum, a lubricants business, Retency built the brand's online presence and improved its organic search visibility during 2025. This engagement was digital growth rather than paid creative, covering site presence, technical search foundations and ongoing content. It sits alongside the studio's PR and earned media practice as the non-paid half of how brands get found.
