What's your typical project timeline?
AI ad creatives: 5 business days from brief to delivery, per video. Brand films and animation: 2–4 weeks depending on scope. Retainers kick off with a strategy week, then weekly delivery cadence. We share milestone dates upfront — you never wonder where things stand.
How many revisions are included?
Two rounds of structured revisions per deliverable are included by default — one on direction, one on polish. Most clients only need one. Additional revisions are billed at a transparent flat rate, never hidden hourly charges.
How does your AI workflow actually work?
We start with category research — winning hooks, formats, and angles in your space. Then we use a stack of generative AI tools (image, video, voice, character consistency) guided by human creative direction. Every frame is reviewed and refined. The result is creative that performs on the auction, not AI slop.
Do you also run the ads, or just produce them?
Both — your choice. Two tracks: Creative Production only (we deliver the creatives, your team or agency runs media) or Creative + Performance (we own Meta and Google Ads setup, audience strategy, weekly reporting, and continuous creative iteration).
Who owns the creative output and IP?
For client work: you own everything we make for you — full assignment of IP on delivery. For Retency originals like Swarajya, the IP stays with us; brand partners can license, sponsor, or co-produce specific segments.
What size of brand do you work with?
We're best fit for funded brands, growth-stage D2C and FMCG, and challenger launches that need premium output without traditional agency overhead. Not the right fit for pre-revenue or non-funded early-stage projects — we'll happily refer you to people who are.
