What we collect
The only personal information we actively collect is what you choose to send us through the contact form: your name, email address, brand or company name, the engagement type and service you select, and your message. We do not require any of these except your name and email.
How we use it
We use that information for one purpose: to respond to your inquiry and, if we work together, to scope and deliver the project. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it for advertising.
Where it is stored
Form submissions are stored in Airtable, which we use to manage inquiries. The website is hosted on Vercel. Media on the site is served through Cloudinary, and fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. These providers process data on our behalf or as part of serving the page, under their own privacy terms.
Cookies and tracking
The site does not set advertising or analytics cookies of its own. If we add analytics in future, we will update this page. Third-party resources the page loads (fonts, media, scripts) may set technical cookies as part of delivery.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the information you sent us at any time. Email retencymedia@gmail.com and we will act on the request. If you contacted us by mistake, tell us and we will remove your details.
Children
The site and our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will live at this URL with a new date at the top.
